The Ice Cream Social is Sunday, August 1, 2010, from 3-6 p.m.
In order for the Ice Cream Social to be a success, each parish family is asked to pledge their support by signing up to work as well as make several contributions.
Each family is kindly asked to donate at least one (1) item from each section listed below:
Section 1: Cakes and Prizes
_____ Kids' Games/Sugar Shuffle (for example: homemade or purchased cookies, cupcakes, 2-liter bottles of pop, bagged candy, granola bars, juice packs, chips or cracker packs, etc.)
_____ Homemade Cake for cake and ice cream table
_____ Bingo Prize (for example: gift certificates, movie passes, etc.)
Section 2: Country Store
____ Garden Produce/Flowers ____ Hand-crafted item
____ Plants/bulbs ____ Collectible/Vintage item
____ Baked Goods ____ Gift items/baskets
____ Jelly/Jam/etc.
Adults and older children, if you have not yet signed up, please pledge your time of 1.5 hour shift! We still need workers for:
Bingo, Country Store, Set-up (Sat morn & Sun aft), Food server, Children's Games, Clean-up, Kitchen Help, Ice Cream and Cake, Trash Maintenance, Silent Auction, Music.

You may drop off non-perishable contributions in the parish hall at your convenience after Sunday Masses or during office hours. Perishable items can be dropped off Saturday morning, July 31, or by Noon on Sunday, August 1, the day of the Social. Please include your name with your donation.
